General
Tuabay is a Loyalty Platform that allow brands and company to utilize loyalty and marketing solution to enhance their offering in a form of rewards to their member while engaging existing and potential member as well as expanding the customer and member base. At the same time, consumer can also participate by joining the merchant as member to get rewards through the merchant’s partnership.
Merchant, where we refer to as brands or company that sell services or tangible items, may propose another merchant a collaborative partnership to enhance each other businesses. Tuabay Loyalty facilitate this engagement through its online platform where both merchant can propose each other with conditions until satisfactory deal are met to form the partnership where both merchant exchanges rewards for each other customer or member.
Tuabay Loyalty platform opens to both merchant (registered entity) and consumer (individual). where merchant can collaborate with other merchant and consumer can participate in the Loyalty program hosted by the merchant for rewards and benefits.

Each merchant needs to be a registered business entity through Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
Tuabay Loyalty for merchant is a web application platform, and can be easily accessible through web URL – tuabay.com, using common web browser (firefox, chrome, safari, edge), from desktop computer or mobile phones. For merchant platform, it is recommended to use a web browser through computer desktop or laptop. For Consumer, you must download Tuabay apps through Google Play Store or iOS App Store
Merchant
First you need to sign up as a user under Merchant Account (here). After you have verify your email and successfully login, then you may go to “Profile” menu and click on “Add Merchant”. You will need to fill up all necessary information.

You will need to submit the following document to complete the Merchant verification process:
Company Document required:
- Full set of company registration document indicating the information of the owner, partner and/or director.
- One of the director’s ID (to be assigned as the owner of the account) and the contact information (a separate meeting may follow to complete the verification).
- Latest bank statement (showing the company name, address and account number only) – you may remove or blur the transaction listing as you prefer.
For Employee representing a brand/company:
- If you are NOT the owner or director but representing a brand/business, you will need to provide an official letter from the company (signed by the director/owner) to support your application.
- If you are representing a brand/business, you need to provide your copy of National ID (back and front) along with all the contact information.
We may also request for other information to allow us to check the validity to complete the verification process.
After you have verify your merchant and obtained a “Verified” status, within the system you are able to search for other merchant where you are given option to send your proposal. Follow the on-screen instruction and guide to complete the proposal submission.
Once you created a user account, you can find your unique referral code in your profile page.
While you as a merchant MUST fulfill your promise to deliver the expected reward in good faith to end user who make the redemption.
Beside this, you must also respect the partnership you have mutually formed by perform the duty to ensure the partnership works best for both party. Check here for more information > Press/Click Here
You or your team (cashier or front desk) are encourage to guide your customer to download mobile apps and participate in your Loyalty Partnership program to enjoy rewards from other brands or merchant.
You are welcome to invite your other business or your friends business whom you wish to establish partnership with. They can easily sign up an account and establish the partnership.
Tuabay also host referral program to allow existing merchant to introduce the platform and earn additional benefits.
Once the partnership is formed, and if you wish to cancel the partnership, you are required to obtain approval from the other partner through the platform. You may go back to the contract and within the contract you will have an option to cancel.
IMPORTANT: Please be reminded that cancellation of a formed Partnership will set all claimed rewards to be expiry and your member will not be able to claim the rewards as well. It is best to informed your customer or member before cancellation as well.
If the partnership is not yet formed, any party can immediately cancel it through the “X” option next to your partnership contract.
Yes, if your proposal has not yet been agreed.
But, once a partnership is formed or your proposal was agreed by the other partner merchant, you CANNOT change the rewards and terms anymore. You need to fulfill the rewards offer based on the partnership agreement. You are not able to edit your rewards or terms after your partner have agreed to your proposal. It is important to make a proposal you are willing and able to fulfill.
During the partnership proposal stage between the merchant, you can decide if you are willing to pay the other merchant commission if, they have successfully contributed to your business where your rewards offer is claimed and redeemed through your partner’s channel.
The commission “earned” and “to pay” is shown in the performance page and the merchant will require to settle the commission through the typical invoicing method with their own accounting system.
Consumer
Consumer is referring to any person who make purchases, can participate in this platform by joining the merchant to gained rewards through the merchant partnership.
From merchant, they will ask their member or customer to join in their merchant as member so any partnership they established will benefits their member and customer.

Consumer can only access to Tuabay platform via Android and iOS apps. Please download from the respective site by searching “Tuabay”.
Security
NO and NEVER. Your are not allowed to share your login information with another person as this will caused the owner of the account liable to all the consequences resulting from the usage of another person. You are welcome to introduce Tuabay to your friends, business acquaintance, partners, and family, to have them join in to collaborate with you. After all, our registration is easy and convenient.
It is also important to TAKE NOTE that you should ignore any request or question that is not relevant to the transaction you are involved. You should report to Tuabay through our Contact Us section, should you face any issue.
Always install application from Google Play and Apple Store or platform that is suggested by Tuabay.
When login to your account through website, always ensure you type in the URL link yourself and ensure “https” is shown together with the URL links, for example “https://tuabay.com” or you can just type “tuabay.com” in your browser.
If you are not able to login for whatever reason, please kindly try to reset your password. Otherwise, please contact our support team by creating a support ticket here.
Tuabay WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU and to ask the information below through email, phone, SMS, Social Media, or any Chat Program and should anyone claimed himself or herself from Tuabay and ask these question, it is very likely to be fraudulent.
Such information like:
- Credit and Debit card information
- Bank account numbers
- National ID / Passport / Driving license number
- Email addresses
- Passwords or any login information
- Your full name
- Date of Birth
- Most personal details
However, please be informed that if you contact Tuabay for any reason, Tuabay has the rights to verify you and to confirm your identity before assist you in any transaction or question you may have. For all communication, you will only be receiving from our support team with email addresses ending with @tuabay.com. But due to a more sophisticated and complex evolution of email spam and scam, you may contact our support team if the email you received (even if it ends with @tuabay.com) seems suspicious to you.
