Refund Policy for Tuabay Technology PLT SaaS Loyalty System.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    1. Tuabay Technology PLT generally does not offer refunds for the SaaS loyalty system subscription fees unless under exceptional circumstances
      and at the sole discretion of Tuabay Technology PLT.
  2. Refund Consideration
    1. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
      1. Technical Issues: If the SaaS loyalty system fails to perform essential functions as described and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
      2. Cancellation: If a customer wishes to cancel their subscription and requests a refund within a seven(7) days period after the initial purchase with conditions that there is no existing usage or involvement with any other businesses within the platform.
  3. Refund Process
    1. To request a refund, customers must contact Tuabay Technology PLT customer support by submitting a support ticket at HELP CENTER. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Tuabay Technology PLT reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests in its sole discretion.
  4. Prorated Refund
    1. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period. This
      calculation ensures that customers are only charged for the period during which they had access to and used the Tuabay platform.

Educate your team (cashier, front desk, team lead) to introduce the partnership to every customer comes to your shop. Make sure your customer knows they can earn rewards by simply being your customer. Your frontline team make the impact the most.

Show the brochure on customer visible area to introduce your participation about the Loyalty Partnership program you involved.

Show in payment receipt

Show text in your receipt that says "Join our loyalty partnership program to earn exclusive rewards" and show a QR code or website to your website that explain more about how to participate.
